Output 23--Menopause Gap Year

In a fairly, intelligently run nation, every woman would be entitled to a social-security-funded menopause gap year in which she is free to lose her everlovin' mind and be responsible for no one and nothing but her own mental health. At the conclusion of this mandated period of adjustment, she would be free to resume her former position with no reduction in pay (a boon for the temp industry) OR to choose from a government-administered job bank stocked with "mindless" work that requires no interpersonal communication, and no commute of longer than 5 minutes by car. If the second option is chosen, her re-training period would be compensated.
