I can tell it's going to be a bad day. I woke up around 3:30 but took a beta blocker and slept again, and it should still be in effect. But I'm already feeling a little queasy with worry about money, work, and why the fuck in my brain it feels like I've already discounted tattooing as a means of income.

It's worrisome.
